1. Our Services
Vidyabeej is a learning ecosystem with two parts:
- ›Vidyabeej Books — an informational catalogue of children's and young-adult books published on Amazon. Purchases are made directly on Amazon; Vidyabeej does not process book sales or shipping.
- ›Vidyabeej OS — a web application offering role-based AI Academies and Certification Labs, a self-directed practice-exam preparation product.
2. Eligibility and accounts
2.1 Vidyabeej OS
You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Service under the supervision of a school, employer, or parent/guardian, to create an OS account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Certification Labs — important disclaimers
Vidyabeej OS Certification Labs is an independent practice and study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Anthropic, the maker of Claude, or to any certification body whose exams our practice content is designed to help you prepare for. We do not use Anthropic's or Claude's logos, and we do not describe our practice materials as “official.”
Results, scores, and readiness indicators shown in Certification Labs are estimates only, generated using our own scoring methodology. They are not a guarantee of your performance on any real, official examination, and actual exam scoring methodologies may differ. Passing a Vidyabeej practice exam does not guarantee passing any official certification exam.
4. Subscriptions, payments, and refunds
4.1 Payment processing
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Vidyabeej does not store your full payment card or bank account details.
4.2 Certification Labs access
Certification Labs access is sold as a one-time purchase for a fixed access period (currently 30 or 90 days from the date of purchase, as shown at checkout). This is not an auto-renewing subscription. Access expires automatically at the end of the purchased period; you may purchase a new access period at any time.
4.3 Refunds
Vidyabeej's specific refund window and conditions are not yet finalized — the following are the default terms until confirmed. Except where required by applicable law, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or used. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@vidyabeej.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request.
4.4 Price changes
We may change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect an access period you have already paid for.
5. Intellectual property
All content on vidyabeej.com and within Vidyabeej OS — including but not limited to course materials, prompt libraries, templates, practice questions and explanations, and the Vidyabeej brand and logo — is owned by Vidyabeej or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use this content for your own personal learning only. You may not copy, redistribute, publish, or share certification practice questions, answers, or explanations with anyone outside your own account, including on public forums, social media, or exam “brain dump” sites.
Vidyabeej's published books remain the intellectual property of their author and are sold under separate terms via Amazon's own platform.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- ›Share your account credentials with others, or use another person's account
- ›Attempt to access, scrape, or extract our certification question bank or course content in bulk
- ›Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with our Services outside normal use
- ›Use our Services for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could harm, disable, or impair our Services
- ›Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
7. Certification Labs content accuracy
While we take reasonable care to keep our practice question content accurate and up to date with publicly available exam guides, exam content and requirements can change. We do not guarantee that our content perfectly reflects the current version of any third-party certification exam. If you find an error, you can report it directly from within Certification Labs.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vidyabeej will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to our Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms, or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. You may stop using our Services and delete your account at any time.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law

Books ship via Amazon under Amazon's own terms. Certification Labs access is a one-time purchase for a fixed period, not a subscription. Don't share accounts or redistribute certification questions; that's the one thing that gets access revoked.
